Our workshops run throughout the year please sign up for email notifications and follow our social media so you will know exactly when they are happening they consist of specialised mental health workshops, forest yoga, inspirational speakers, sound bowl teaching, jewellery making and much more.
Teaching and Attunements
We offer courses off levels 1, 2, and 3. All to be held in our beautiful Mongolian yurt, or at a small venue in the New Forest.
